Annex to the Terms of Service
Annex E — Consumer Terms (B2C)
This Annex applies only if you are a Consumer.
1. Information requirements
Pre-contract information, pricing, functionality, and compatibility information will be provided in the purchase flow and/or App store listing as applicable.
2. Right of withdrawal (where applicable)
Where required by applicable consumer law, a Consumer entering into a distance contract may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days.
3. Digital services/content exception
Where a Consumer requests that performance of the Service begins during the withdrawal period, Infere will obtain any express request, consent, and acknowledgement required by Applicable Law. Where digital content not supplied on a tangible medium is supplied immediately, the Consumer may lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins where the conditions prescribed by Applicable Law have been satisfied. Any amount payable following withdrawal after requested commencement of a service shall be determined in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
Where you request immediate performance of a digital service or delivery of digital content, you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, but only if the purchase flow obtains:
- your express consent to begin performance; and
- your acknowledgement that you will lose the right of withdrawal.
4. Refunds
Refunds follow the applicable consumer law rules and the purchase channel's policies, and any Infere discretionary policy.
5. Mandatory rights
Nothing excludes statutory consumer guarantees or mandatory rights.
6. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to [email protected]. Infere will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Infere company
The Service is provided by the company defined within the Terms of Service and the Service interface or other documents as applicable.
