Git Integration

Use your existing developer workflows for AI. Infere stores prompts and evaluators as files in real Git repositories - clone them over HTTPS or SSH, work locally, and push. Every push is validated server-side.

  • Repositories - create repos, clone with an API key (HTTPS) or SSH key (port 2222), and manage access and branch protection from the UI.
  • Branches & PRs - feature branches, pull requests with conversation, diff, and checks tabs, required reviewers, and merge - standard Git discipline for prompt changes.
  • Deploy-by-push - deploy a prompt by pushing to refs/heads/deploy/<prompt>/<token> (HTTPS); the deploy ref is ephemeral and deleted after the deployment is recorded. Regression gates can block the deploy.
  • Webhooks & audit - forward repository events to your own systems and review pushes, merges, and deployments on the Dashboard Audit tab.
