Notifications & Alerts

Infere keeps you informed about account and billing events through notifications delivered to up to four channels: in-app (the bell in the top bar, with real-time delivery over WebSocket), email, SMS, and webhook.

• Notification types - organization invitations, credit warnings (low/critical), payment success/failure, auto-recharge results, security alerts, and system notices.
• Per-type toggles - switch individual categories on or off (credit warning, credit critical, payment failed, payment success, security alerts).
• Quiet hours - suppress non-urgent notifications during a window you define; urgent items are still delivered.
• Test notifications - send a test message to any configured channel to confirm delivery.
